Mmm... Costco

We went to Costco yesterday and, as usual, didn't get out of the warehouse store with less than $200 worth of Stuff. Jet was hungry while we were there, and with all the sample vendors, he got to eat his fill of bagels, pizza, fruit cup, vegi tray stuff, calzone, potstickers, and even microwavable frozen Japanese sticky rice! My.

We also came out of there with shorts, swim suits, and a big stack of glossy, heavyweight photo paper by Epson. Wow, the difference it makes on my printed photos!! I am very, very glad of it. So odd how different a picture can look on glossy paper versus plain paper, and how much more it seems like a 'picture' from a photo shop.

The conversation in email has gone apace, and I feel better for knowing more about my reality and more about what I feel is true and what is actually false. whew. Being judged hurts, but it really gives me much greater incentive for making more and more of my self-worth and self-assessment internal rather than relying on external judgements of how worthy I am. Now isn't *that* a generalistic mouthful?
