I loved the sign Tanner drew to mark the beginning of the buffet. You can just see the starting point of the lasagna, and beyond it was the mashed potatoes, the turkey, and the pie and torte I'd made.
The chocolate torte turned out nice and smooth and chocolate with that chew that only a good nut flour can bring to it. I was bemused by one guest pouring instant banana pudding all over their piece before digging in and then their being surprised by how chocolatey the "cake" was. I guess I should have dressed it up in ganache and swirled some chocolate decorations on it. Or something. But they enjoyed their piece which is the point of it anyway. Grin.
